Vehicle Repair/Inspection

This application was developed for a major municipality's periodic bus maintenance inspection.

The opening screen (example 1) displays fields for entry of the Bus Number, Mechanic's ID, and Garage Number. After that information is entered, the mechanic taps the Bus Icon, the Mechanical Systems Index is displayed (example 2).

When a mechanical type is selected, by highlighting, a new screen automatically displays (example 3)  the main inspection screen 

The radio buttons marked "OK", "A" (adjusted), "N" (needs repair), and "R": (repaired) are tapped to indicate the condition of each mechanical system inspection. If the "R" button is tapped, another screen will display codes for types of mechanism to be repaired. After the inspection is completed, the mechanic uploads the data directly to the headquarter's database via Hotsync.
