FORMS LIST--
Due to the incredible memory management engineered into the PalmPilot., a single user may have several applications loaded from which he/she may choose.

The Forms List Screen displays all of the applications (forms) available on the PalmPilot. To access one for use, tap the title on the display to highlight it.

Choose the NEW or REVIEW button at the bottom of the display to add a record or edit a record.

EDIT; REVIEW RECORDS--
The PalmPilot operator may want to review or edit one or more records after a few hours of data collection.

The Edit and Review screen displays the names of all records saved within a form or application. By selecting one of the records on the display, the PalmPilot calls the data within that record from memory.

The operator may edit the data or simply review the data while the record is displayed.


	REVIEW RECORD-- The Record View Screen is accessed when new records are being entered or when reviewing and editing records. The display shows the operator a list of fields within the active form or application. Data may be entered in this mode or in Field mode.


	JUMP POP-UP FIELD-- Speeds form navigation by displaying a list of fields to which the operator may jump. Highlighting a field in the list will automatically jump to that field.


	SUB FORMS FIELD-- Subsets of data related to a record can be accessed by highlighting the NEW or REVIEW icon on the Record View screen. This feature can help to improve productivity.

FIELD VIEW--
narrows the focus to a single field.

Shown here, is a field used to rate the response to an answer by selecting 1 - 5.

collection on the PalmPilot. So many that there
isn't enough room to display all of them here.
